Delivery

Your special order will take 5 to 7 business working days before delivery to the confirmed address and a signature may be required on receipt.

Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package

Your goods are delivered to your door (work or home) but please ensure someone is available to collect the package.  Nationwide/ South Africa only.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 30 days of receipt. The items must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached.  A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase.  Cash purchases via EFT will be refunded 3 days after the garments have been received and proven to be cash refundable. 

Return shipping costs are free only if you are unsatisfied due to a manufacturing flaw, other than that the shipping costs will be on your own account.

If the items are returned on your own account, please note we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us and not delivered in error, and recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned items with proof of posting.

To return your order, please send an email to returns@terrystrong.co.za explaining what the reason is and arrangement for garment collection.
